Health coaching will help you identify and overcome the obstacles that are holding you back from optimal health. We offer a variety of coaching packages to fit your needs.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body's connective tissue network called the fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain and more.

Group Classes

The Yoga Trapeze, used in conjunction with mat yoga, offers a comprehensive fitness modality. It allows functional pushing, pulling, holding, twisting, bending, and grip strength! It builds a great deal of upper body and core strength. It also allows for deeper, passive backbends that can be held for longer periods of time. Yoga Trapeze inversions counteract gravity, creating space and length in the spine through simple, gentle, bodyweight traction.

Our yoga instructors create classes to help participants to build strength and flexibility at all levels.  We offer Chair Yoga, Beginner classes, Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow and Ashtanga classes on a weekly basis.
